Camps
Camps are about open-exploration and play. They're organized around creative theme / prompts. Examples: Mythical Creature Camp or Doll-Transformation Camp (Coming Soon!).
Camps are all about exploring and expressing personal creativity. Campers are given free-range of the studio and lots of inspiration, encouragement, and support to accomplish their creative goals.
Salons
Salons are organized around specific media or techniques. Unlike Camps, which are free-range, Salons focus on a specific medium or technique in order to further skill development.
Like Camps, instructors are extremely respectful of participants' creative process, but there’s more time spent teaching / learning art and craft technique in Salons.
*** All Camps and Salons have an element of Nature Art and Community Art. Some are all Nature Art, like Wildcraft Camp or all Community Art, like Mural Salon.
Even if a Camp or Salon is mostly in the studio, we will maintain some focus on the larger community and the natural world.
