Art and Wildcraft Class
Hike, forage, and connect with healing plants. Bring foraged treasures back to the studio to create traditional and personal art & crafts!
Our style is emergent. We follow the needs and interests of the group. Depending on the interests of the group, this series could include:
- Design and paint your own apothecary cabinet to organize all the potions and treasures you'll create in this eight-week series.
- Mixed media moon journals; experiment with art techniques for botanical illustration and character creation; liminal beings, faeries, sprites, nature spirits, etc...
- Fall wreaths, floral brooms, and mini wreaths with strings of bling: bells, pendants, and foraged objects
- Wildcraft fairy dolls and kitchen witches
- Miniature apothecary: everything in miniature...potion bottles, old books, etc...
- Dream pillows with foraged mugwort, potions, herbal mists, etc...- Botanically inspired jewelry
- Pressed leaf and flower paper-mache lantern
- Botanical prints: cynotype and gelli prints

(Class is structured until 6:30. Participants are welcome to stay until 7)
Sliding scale $200 - $325
* Please pay according to your capacity. If you can pay the high end of the sliding scale it will support our mission of financial inclusion for all. If you can't pay the low end, send us a message. We offer scholarships.
